Stunning Soho flat central LDN

Location, Location. Location with plenty of exercise LOL Positive: Great location, with easy access to public transportation. Many great bars and restaurants within easy access, including a fantastic Coffee shop "Flat White". Comfy bed and clean property Negative: I wasn't loving climbing the 60 odd steps 3 or 4 times daily, though my glutes may receive benefit. At night there seams to be a group of dealers hanging around across from the entry. The water pressure in the shower was nowhere near what I am used to and trickled out when turned on full. Having to drop off the key in a location a few blocks away was a tad tedious, and would have been better if key was able to be left in the flat.

Good location clean and well appointed Positive: Flat was clean and very well appointed. The main room was spacious. Lots of storage space. Whilst in the middle of Soho and busy in the late evenings the windows were well noise insulated - noisey only when left open for ventilation. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was great. Negative: I found the shower difficult to work out what controlled what - but it works well and a bit of patience to allow for warm water to reach the shower.
